HOUSE CLEANING/PART-TIME MAID:

• Agency fee is a one-time payment for registration and service setup which includes up to three months guarantee for replacement of maids. Terms and conditions apply.
• Agency fee may vary according to frequency/day of service, size of apartment/house, location etc.
• Agency fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
• Hourly rates may vary if other services such as cooking, washing of laundry are required or for bigger apartments or houses etc.
• Cleaning products & equipment are to be provided by Client.

SPRING CLEANING:

• Cleaning fee quoted is based on the size of the apartment/house.
• Cleaning fee may vary according to the apartment/house condition & location.
• Cleaning fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
• Client is required to check on the apartment/house upon completion of service. Any touching up of areas will only be done within the same service day.

LOCAL PART-TIME BABYSITTING:

• Agency fee is a one-time payment for registration and service setup which includes up to three months guarantee for replacement of babysitters. Terms and conditions apply.
• Agency fee may vary according to frequency/day of service and location etc.
• Agency fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
• Hourly rates may vary according to location, additional duties and babysitter’s experience.
• One-way taxi fare is payable to babysitter for any services that stretch after 11pm.
